PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER
MRS. OKLAHOMA 2002

"In all the years I have been hiring speakers, Lori received our highest speaker survey score. "

Dealing with people is sometimes baffling and hard. Studies tell us, busy managers waste 2.8 hours weekly dealing with employee conflict. That’s more than 33 minutes a day that could be used increasing productivity, customer engagement and essential functions. This lack of professionalism among team members is undermining job satisfaction, health and profitability.

Lori’s What Shoe Are You? keynote and trainings are designed to give employees the understanding, verbiage and tools to create a culture of personality tolerance so petty conflicts are resolved without management intervention.

It truly is as simple as watching the way a person walks through life and instantly knowing what SHOE you are dealing with. Simple concept, Huge payoff!

" Lori presented for a yearly corporate function. She was fabulous! The group was engaged, loved the information she provided and she made it sooo entertaining. Lori is professional, kind, and has great stories to share that to relate her material. We have asked her to present for another event."
